MozID at Youth Media Festival 2015

Last saturday (17 Okt 2015), Mozilla Indonesia Community represented by me and MozRep from Jakarta Dian ina had a chance to join a youth conference in Semarang, Youth Media Festival 2015. Youth Media Festival is a 3 days conference focusing on media, with approximately 200 participants from around Indonesia.

In the parallel class, we gave a talk about Understanding Online Privacy. The participants were so enthusiast about the topic we brought. In the same class with us, there also a speaker from a media startup from Indonesia, Hipwee. We discuss together how to utilize technology to boost our creativity but also keep ourself safe while doing it.

Beside the parallel class, we also have Mozilla booth in the event. We held a selfie challenge for booth visitor in order to get the swags from us.
